For As Long As I Live

For as long as I live on this earth, I will call upon the Lord.
In the midst of the nonstop pain, I will call upon the Lord.
When immobile, confined to my bed, I will call upon the Lord.
Night after night without sleep, I will call upon the Lord.
When everything is falling apart, I will call upon the Lord.
When prayers seem unanswered, I will call upon the Lord.
When I feel like I am all alone, I will call upon the Lord.
When my heart just can’t feel Him, I will call upon the Lord.
For as long as I live on this earth, I will call upon the Lord.

When God is in the Classroom

Don’t think of your inability to freely talk about Jesus as a hindrance; rather, think of it as an opportunity to let every action be seasoned with the love and service of Christ.

A PK (preacher's kid), an MK (missionary kid), but more importantly, a GK(God kid) who loves the Lord and loves teaching, singing, writing and my six godkids.

Ever feel like enough is enough? The Lord has shown me that when I focus on Him, this roller coaster ride called life is not as scary or as burdensome. All the terrifying drops and jerky twists and turns have drawn closer to my Heavenly Father. I know Him more and not just know more about Him.

God is my refuge and my strength. I hope that the comfort, the lessons, and the blessings God continually showers on me will encourage you on your own roller coaster ride.
